We are a proud member of ClimateCare – Ontario’s largest HVAC co-operative, an independent network of trained and expert heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) contractors.

As a result of continuous growth, Walker ClimateCare is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for their office in Cornwall, responsible for providing an exceptional experience to our customers, converting calls to appointments, and supporting the office and management team.

Key Job Functions:

  • Converts customer inquiries into scheduled appointments and maintains precise data logs
  • Responds to all incoming telephone calls and emails regarding service and sales for residential and commercial customers
  • Greets and assists showroom visitors and accepts deliveries
  • Provides superior customer service to not only customers/clients but also to contractors, suppliers, and the general public
  • Performs other administrative work as required such as scanning/filing documents, processing credit card payments, etc.
  • Troubleshoots basic equipment issues with customers over the phone
  • Ensures office and showroom are kept clean, tidy and professional at all times

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma with 3 to 5 years relevant work experience preferred
  • Superior communication skills and customer service philosophy
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel skills
  • Dynamic team player comfortable working in a small group setting
  • Exceptional attention to detail and record keeping skills
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
